This Privacy Policy outlines how QUESTPIE s.r.o. ("we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through the MealProAI website (www.mealproai.com) and the MealProAI mobile application ("Application"). By using our Website or Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect 1.1. Account Creation

To create an account, we collect users' email addresses. We are using Supabase as our database and authentication provider. Their privacy policy is available at https://supabase.io/privacy.

Users are also able to sign in using their Google and Apple accounts. We do not store any personal information from these accounts, and we only use the email address to create a user account in our system.

1.2. Account Onboarding

After account creation, users are walked through an onboarding process. During this process, we collect additional information.

1.2.1. Personal Information

We collect users' names used for communication purposes and to personalize the user experience. We do not share this information with any third parties.

1.2.2. Eating Habits and Preferences

We collect information related to user's eating habits and preferences, such as dietary restrictions, forbidden ingredients, favorite cuisines and nutritional goals. We use this information to generate personalized meal plans. We do not collect any sensitive personal information such as religious beliefs, political views, or sexual orientation.

1.3. Payment Information

We collect payment information for users who choose purchase credits for using in our services. We use Stripe as our payment processor, all of users' payment information is stored securely by Stripe, and is not accessible to us. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

2. How We Use Your Information 2.1. Personalized Meal Plans

We disclose parts of user information (such as eating habits and preferences) to Anthropic, by utilizing their Language Model API to generate personalized meal plans. No personal information, such as email addresses or usernames, that could potentially identify users is shared with Anthropic. 2.2. Transactional Emails

We send only necessary transactional emails to users, such as payment confirmations, password resets, and account notifications.

3. Account Management and Deletion 3.1. Users can delete their accounts at any time by following the account deletion process outlined in the MealProAI platform. 4. Analytics and Data Storage 4.1. We use self-hosted analytics tools to monitor user activity and improve our services. Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. 4.2. The Application is hosted on both US-based and EU-based servers. Data is stored in compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. 5. Third-Party Services 5.1. Email Sending Service
